The company’s “sweet spot” is in the midscale and upscale focused service and extended-stay brands, although company has experienced in managing economy brands as well. On the development side, the company is equipped to research and identify appropriate sites for hotel development, taking into account physical, financial and market factors in order to select only the most successful hotel locations. On the operational side, we have a highly qualified quality professional management team that can provide close oversight of service, operations, management, sales, revenue management and human resources.
